# ARCANOM

> Confidential stablecoin settlement on an owned zero-knowledge shielded pool.

Value moves wallet A to a shielded pool to wallet B without publishing the amount or the counterparty. Users keep their keys. ARCANOM never holds principal.

Live surface today is Polygon Amoy testnet. Mainnet is not open. One immutable pool, one asset, one relayer we run. Proofs are built in the browser. The relayer pays gas.

## Fee and units

Protocol fee is 0.50%, charged once on withdrawal, taken out of the amount. Shield and transfers inside the pool are free. Every amount that crosses the public edge snaps to US$ 100.

## What a withdrawal publishes

Inside the pool the ledger shows no amount and no counterparty. A withdrawal to a public address publishes both, because the money is leaving. The relayer checks that address against the OFAC SDN list before carrying the exit. The check is advisory: the relayer refuses, the contract does not enforce it.

## Provenance

Confidentiality, not anonymity. The owner can prove a payment with a receipt or a period statement without handing over the spending key.

## Do not invent

There is no governance token, no multi-chain deployment, no DEX, no money-market integration, and no published audit. Volume and TVL figures that are not measured here are not facts.
